1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustMyBookie (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Applies to all visitors, registered users, and listed bookies.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
• Use of any betting/gaming products is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal activities.
• We may refuse or revoke access where legal/operational constraints exist.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Impersonation or misrepresentation is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@trustmybookie.com.

4. Nature of Services

TrustMyBookie is a bookie marketplace and information platform. We list bookie profiles, user reviews, trust scores, bonus offers, and facilitate lead submissions so users can contact bookies. We are not a betting operator and do not handle user funds or wagers.

5. Payments & Plans (Bookies)

Bookies may purchase subscription plans for premium listing features. Payments are processed via UPI/QR as displayed in the admin panel.

• Submitting a payment screenshot does not guarantee activation; plans activate upon admin approval.
• Fees are generally non-refundable after activation unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
• Plan misuse (e.g., false offers, fraud) may lead to suspension without refund.

6. Leads & Communications

When a user submits a “Get ID” lead, we share it with the selected bookie for follow-up. We may send notifications to users and bookies regarding such leads.

• We do not guarantee responses, outcomes, bonuses, or winnings.
• Communication content must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

7. Reviews & Ratings

• Users may submit honest reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.
• Prohibited: defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews.
• We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms.

8. Permitted & Prohibited Use

We may restrict or suspend accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (design, text, graphics, logos, UI) is owned by or licensed to TrustMyBookie and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described therein.

11. Third-Party Links & Offers

We may display links, logos, and promotional content from third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or error-free operation.
• We do not promise profits, winnings, or successful outcomes from any bookie or offer.

Gambling may be addictive and is subject to local laws. Play responsibly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustMyBookie and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustMyBookie, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, or remove content, at our discretion for any violation of these Terms or for legal/operational reasons.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
